Description

A villain for Tales of Fabula, inspired by the infamous Captain Hook, Kaize is a cocky character and is hired by the Dragon Queen to hunt down the Rebels. The dragon behind him is his pet Tick, (inspired by the Ticking Crocodile).
Also, spoiler alert he is Free's father.
